Role Overview
As the IT Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our information technology department to ensure optimal performance, security, and growth. As part of our team , you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring critical systems are reliable and supporting organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT support and infrastructure teams including cloud management.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network, server, and systems management.
- Implement IT policies, best practices, and cybersecurity measures aligning with organizational goals.
- Evaluate, recommend, and deploy new technology solutions to enhance business productivity.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are up to date and tested including Plan B.
- Provide senior management with regular reports and strategic technology recommendations.
- Initiated Full IT Department within the organization inline with the management expectation.
Must have requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT management or similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience with infrastructure and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work onsite and manage a diverse technical team.
- UAE Experience.
Nice to have requirements
- Master’s degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with IT operations specific to logistics or production sectors.
- Knowledge of automation and digital transformation tools
- Exposure managing the network of cameras
- Managing the POS system.
